Payment Policy: I accept payment via PayPal or Google Checkout. Once payment clears, your purchased item(s) will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours unless you are otherwise notified or they are custom color items.
Custom color items require up to one week for their creation in addition to shipping time.

Shipping Policies: I ship to the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada in my Ecrater shop.
For Domestic U.S. Shipping: All items will be shipped via U.S. First Class mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping fees include both mailing and packing costs.
For International Shipping: All items will be shipped via First Class International mail. Shipping fees include both mailing and packing costs. There is no insurance or tracking on international shipments.
**Please note that I am not responsible for any custom's fees. This is solely the buyer's responsibility, and no refund for custom's fees will be given. I will accurately declare the contents of any mailed package on all custom's forms.
**Please note that I ship to the address provided for the buyer and am not responsible for any damage or package loss that may occur during shipment. I can provide insurance on domestic shipments only at the cost of the buyer. Please inquire about this as it will raise the total cost of shipping.

Return Policy: I desire that every buyer be satisfied with my quality handmade items. If you are not satisfied, you must contact me within seven days of receiving the item and preferably before leaving feedback. If a monetary refund of the item cost, less any shipping charges, is desired, the item must be returned in its original quality condition within 30 days of the purchase date. A returned item must be resale-able and absolutely can not be worn, used, or damaged in any way! Returns are solely up to my discretion on an order by order basis so please contact me BEFORE returning an item.

Care Instructions for Felted & Wool Items:
Gently handwash wool in COLD water only using a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry.
